How does an injection molding machine work?
  1. 01Material feeding

    Prepared resin enters the machine through the material-handling system.

  2. 02Plasticizing & injection

    The screw prepares the material and delivers the required shot.

  3. 03Mold filling

    The injection unit fills the closed mold under controlled process conditions.

  4. 04Cooling

    The part takes shape while the mold and cooling system remove heat.

Questions before you choose a machine

Use these answers to prepare the product and mold information needed for a meaningful recommendation.

01Can I use my existing mold with a new machine?

An existing mold can be reviewed for compatibility. Send its dimensions, weight, mounting details and opening or ejection requirements so the mold interface and injection needs can be checked against the selected machine.

02Can I start an inquiry before the mold design is finished?

Yes. Share your product drawing or sample photo and the mold information already available. Selection can begin from these inputs and be refined as the mold design develops.

03Can one machine produce several different products?

It may, if each mold fits the machine and each product falls within its injection and process requirements. Include all intended products in the review, along with the planned mold changes.

04Does a larger machine always produce more parts per hour?

No. Output also depends on cavity count, filling, cooling, material recovery and part removal. Compare the complete production cycle for the intended product.

05Can I request the machine separately from the mold and auxiliaries?

Specify whether you need a machine-only offer or a coordinated equipment package. Existing equipment and interfaces can be included in the matching review.
